Returns & Exchanges

At Mastercard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
